Detect the presence/absence and front/back of nuts. Simultaneously, measure the number of welding operations and the wear on the tip.
Connect to IoT
The condition of the nuts, the wear on the welding tip, and the number of welding operations are stored together. This enables not only differentiation of the nuts but also maintenance at the optimum timing in accordance with the condition of the tip.
