Check and record the tightening of container caps for all products.
The conditions vary depending on the product type including the shape and angle of containers, required torque, and line speed. This requires checking of the actual cap status.

In addition to recording data for traceability, the appropriate judgment value for height or width for each product type can be changed automatically from the PLC. This saves time during product changeovers.
