Transmitter (T) - Gray (FE), Brown (24 VDC), Blue (0 VDC), White (Not in use), Black (Not in use) | Receiver (R) - Orange (Synchronization 1), Orange/Black (Synchronization 2), Red (Muted condition output), Red/Black (Muting input 1), Pink (Muting input 2), Yellow (Reset input), White (OSSD2), Black (OSSD1), Blue (0 VDC), Brown (24 VDC), Gray (FE) | Yellow (Reset input) - S1 - Blue (0 VDC) | Muting sensor (NPN output 1) - Red/Black (Muting input 1) | Muting sensor (NPN output 2) - Pink (Muting input 2) | Safety PLC - White (OSSD2), Black (OSSD1)
  • Independently insulate any unused wires. Do not bundle them together.
  • A safety device such as a safety controller can be used in place of the safety PLC.
