Key installation points
Even with conventional sensors, it was possible to detect O-rings, but misaligned or incorrectly seated O-rings could not be supported.
The IV2 Series is equipped with a position adjustment function. This enables stable detections even if misalignments occur. Furthermore, the edge presence tool can be used to check the position of the O-ring at the same time, which enables simultaneous checks for “incorrect seating.”
