Differentiation of L/R Instrument Panels

Incorrect insertion of L/R will result in inconsistency with coating robot control, and there is a risk of appearance defects. These appearance defects then increase the risk of a recall. Even when there is a difference in L/R due to a mistaken set, the external dimensions still fit. The piece will proceed to the coating in the next process. Detection using a sensor is required. A vision system is the optimal method because the spot shifts when there is play in the piece within the jig when using a general-purpose sensor.
