Chain Elongation Detection

Periodic inspections are not required. Workers periodically performing manual measurements is acceptable, but checking conveyor chains in the factory requires a very large number of man hours. There is also a risk that the state of age deterioration is unclear. One method is to make periodic replacements without checking, but the chain cost is very high, and periodic checks with sensors have cost benefits from the perspective of reducing expenses.
