Thickness measurement (reflection)

The CL Series uses a small beam spot and high-speed sampling to provide real-time thickness feedback for clear films and coatings. This solution provides reliable detection of thickness irregularities due to changes in vertical extrusion, roller behavior, or horizontal extension. Systems can use up to six heads to monitor thickness at multiple locations across the web simultaneously.
