Vertical Pillow-Type Packaging Machines

This is an example of an installation on a vertical pillow-type packaging machine used mainly for bulk items, liquids, and powders. The system can be easily installed in the same location as a conventional thermal printer. UV laser coders can also handle exposure to harsh environments with a lot of oil, powder, or fluid. The limited space made replacing ink ribbons with conventional systems difficult, but UV laser coders make ribbon replacement unnecessary, and the marking position can be adjusted directly from the touch panel.
