Z axis measurement for the autofocus function of a camera

With conventional triangulation type laser displacement sensors, users had to tilt the sensor head for detection. The CL Series performs coaxial measurement by using the multi-color confocal method. There is no need to tilt the sensor head and the measurement point is consistent regardless of the height, resulting in stable inspection.
