Positioning of a high-precision stage

Measurement can be performed with ultra-high accuracy with 0.25 μm (0.000010") resolution. Since the sensor head does not generate heat, it is possible to measure with zero thermal influence on the surrounding environment and zero measurement error due to temperature fluctuations.
