Flatness measurement of ceramic Tilt inspection after flip chip bonding packages

Measure the flatness of ceramic packages. Detecting the target by its surface enables flatness measurement based on the reference plane calculated with the least squares fitting method. Accurate inspection can be achieved by canceling the influence of errors caused by the tilt of the target.
