Wafer thickness measurement after polishing

Polished wafers must be flat at a specific thickness. Ultra-high-accuracy measurement with a resolution of 0.001 μm makes it possible to ensure those requirements are met. Because the sensor head doesn’t emit any heat, stable thickness and flatness measurement can be ensured.
