Formerly, inspection was performed using vision systems, but alignment and light adjustment posed problems for this approach. The LJ-X Series can obtain an accurate profile simply by shining a line laser from above the product. This has resulted in a reduction in the number of working hours spent on inspection, and an increase in measurement accuracy.
